Name: Ichimu Kameko (一夢亀子)
Village: Hidden Leaf
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Rank: Jounin
Blood Type: O+
Chakra Affinity: Lightning
Other Info of Note: Kameko likes to call herself “Konoha's Purple Flash” after the Fourth Hokage (The Yellow Flash). This is by no means an official nickname or title; it's just Kameko being silly.
Family:
-Father: Ichimu Atsushi (敦) – Jounin, 45
-Mother: Ichimu Azumi (あずみ) – Civilian, 44
-Siblings: Ichimu Toru (徹) – Brother, 20, ANBU
Ichimu Yasushi (靖) – Brother, 18, ANBU
Ichimu Izanagi (イザナギ) – Brother, 12, Genin
-Other: Various extended family
Appearance: At 5'8” Kameko is just on the taller side of average height, with a lean, long-limbed, slender-yet-athletic build. Her thick, wavy brown hair falls just below her shoulders, framing a smiling face with deep purple eyes and a squarelike patch of color on her jaw. She moves with the practiced grace of one who has spent long hours training and conditioning, and often outpaces other people when walking. Her clothing is fitted and streamlined, designed for mobility and speed. Her base outfit includes black knee-length shorts and a mock turtleneck shirt with elbow-length sleeves, both in shades of black or gray accented with purple panels. Over this she wears a khaki, pleated half-skirt, a series of beltlike devices that serve as chakra inhibitors, various bandages, and other accessories. Her flak jacket completes the look along with fingerless gloves and ninja sandals with low platforms and slight heels.

Personality: Kameko is a cute, energetic young shinobi. She is normally very friendly, though she’s known to get a little mischievous at times. However, when the situation is dire, she becomes surprisingly intense. She will do anything to protect her friends and family. In the past, Kameko's enthusiasm and energy led her to be reckless; though this trait has been tempered over the years, it has still led to some major misfortune in her life. Recent experience has taught her better, though, but she still believes there are times in which a little premeditated recklessness is the only way to do what needs to be done.
Likes: Fast things, sweets, her team, lightning, the color purple
Dislikes: People who walk really slow in front of her, senseless violence, asparagus
History: Kameko was born to the small but somewhat noteworthy Ichimu clan, which specializes in speed-based combat and appropriate jutsu. Her training, of course, began at home with her clan's special physical conditioning regimen and regulated diet. When she was old enough she was taught her clan's most basic ninjutsu, and – when the time came – enrolled into the Ninja Academy like her brother before her.
Kameko did well in the Academy, making good grades and befriending many of her classmates, including young Iwaki Daisuke (岩城大輔), with whom she ended up being assigned to a team upon graduation. Those two, combined with their third teammate – one Tensei Yoshito – and their sensei – Adabana Miyoko – became very close, and Team Miyoko soon became known as “Team Trouble” because of their wild and crazy antics. They were effective, however, and life was good.
When War struck, it wasn't long before the three Genin had – out of necessity – honed their skills and leadership to the point where they were promoted to Chuunin with a select number of their peers. They had no need to learn about war in a “diplomatic” setting: their trial had been by fire, and they had passed.
And so the three new Chuunin set out with their comrades to defend their village. As the war progressed, Kameko put increasing pressure on herself to hone her skill with her family's trademark fighting style: using their lightning chakra to stimulate the body to higher levels of speed and responsiveness. Unfortunately, despite her family's dire warnings, Kameko failed to put the effort she should have in developing her control in tandem with her speed. And so it was that, during one of the fiercer battles of the war, has her squadron broke through a Hidden Stone stronghold on Konoha's Eastern border, Kameko lost control of her jutsu and was taken prisoner. In this same battle, her teammate Iwaki Daisuke was killed. Kameko, however, did not know this at the time.
Kameko was taken with other Leaf and Sand captives to a military prison in the Earth Country, a time of which she is – with good reason – reluctant to speak. In time, however, Hidden Stone surrendered the war and the release of all prisoners was negotiated.
Kameko, however, was not there.
Just a week before the release of the prisoners, a group of rogue shinobi infiltrated the prison and kidnapped Kameko right from her cell. They attempted to keep her under a genjutsu at all times, but having been taught by the teammate of Tensei Kaori herself, and been on a team with a young Tensei as well, Kameko was knowledgeable enough to avoid complete subjugation without attracting notice. She would bide her time and wait for a chance to escape: a chance that came relatively soon, when the team's pyrotechnics expert went on one of his unpredictable rampages and the rest of the team was preoccupied with dealing with the catastrophe.
Kameko took this valuable opening, slipped off, and – by some miracle she never really understood – managed to escape her captors and make it back to Konoha, though she was in pretty bad shape by the time she arrived home. She is now recovering from her ordeal in the Konoha hospital, though she's expected to be discharged soon. Because of her actions in the hands of her enemies and the obvious capability she displayed in withholding sensitive information and escaping her captors without aid, she has been promoted to Jounin. She has also been ordered to wear chakra inhibitors that will keep her speed under control until she can learn to develop her jutsu properly and repair the damage she has done to her body by using the technique inappropriately.
