Jutsu Creation in the Interactive Fanfiction
Okay, so now you're ready to create your character's jutsu. Here are just a few things you'll need to know about jutsu creation.
Jutsu Name – This one's obvious. Since Naruto is originally in Japanese, most of the jutsu you will see are named in Japanese. This is highly encouraged. If you don't know any/much Japanese (as many of us don't), check the resource board for links to online dictionaries. Be sure to include your Jutsu's name translated into English, as well.
Jutsu Description – This is another obvious one. What does the particular jutsu do? How does it look, sound, etc? Is it nin, gen, or taijutsu? How much chakra does it consume? The more specific you are in the description, the better.
Other – Are there any side effects the jutsu has? Does it have any detrimental effect on the user, or perhaps there is a limit as to how many times he or she is able to use it per day? Any miscellaneous information like this should also be included.
Jutsu Creation Rules
1)No Goddish Jutsu. By now you should have a good idea of what will be accepted and what won't be. When in doubt, however, just ask. The staff will be happy to help you.
2)Be Realistic. Even if your jutsu is acceptable for a Jounin, we won't allow it to be used by Academy Students. If you'd like to write up a jutsu now that your character will use later, great. Just make sure and specify that this is a jutsu your character will learn in the future, and specify about when he or she will learn it (ex: “Will learn as a Jounin”).

What Next?
Once you have all your character's jutsu written up, post them in a new thread on the Jutsu Board. Once posted, it will undergo the same approval process as your character's biography will. Please note that if your character is ranked at Academy Student or higher, it will be assumed that your character knows the basics – Bunshin, Henge, Kawarimi, etc – so you really don't have to include them in the writeup. Similarly, it is assumed that characters of ANBU/Jounin rank or higher know Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. However, if you would prefer to list them among the jutsu your character knows, that is perfectly acceptable as well.
