Alright, call me a n00b, but I'm just getting into the Naruto gaming thing. I've got a PS2, (unmodded) and am considering picking up a gamecube in the future (as if I could afford one =_=; . What sort of changes would I have to make to my systems to play these? Where can I get them? Which is "better" blow for blow? Narutimett Hero or Naruto Ninja Taisen? I don't know, but I know somebody does! I wanna play as Ero Sennin!!!!^^;;

www.play-asia.comYou can order a bundle pack with Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3 and th Free loader from them. Basically the Free Loader is a little disc you use to allow your gamecube to play Japanese games. Think of it as a computer program or a driver or something. What you do is: - Put the Free Loader disc in your Gamecube and turn it on/reset it/whatever - Wait for it to load. In a couple seconds you'll see a dialog box that says "Insert Game Disc" - Switch the Free Loader disc for the actual game disc. DO NOT RESET! - The game loads and you're good to go. Narutimett Hero 2 is available for PS2. In order to play it, you need to do one of these things: 1) Get a mod chip installed. Expensive and you have to wait for the people to install it. 2) Get an import disc and install a flip-top case. This is needed because when you open or close the disc tray the "normal" way on a PS2 it automatically resets, therefore nullifying the effect of the import disc. You install it yourself but I hear it's not that hard. 3) Get an import disc and a thing called "magic slide." You take the faceplate off the front of the disc tray in order for this to work. Once the import disc loads, you use this lil piece of plastic to pry the disc tray open, switch out the discs, and manually push it closed. It sounds dangerous but really isn't if you're careful. Well, I hope that helps. I forget the site where you can get Magic Slide and flip top cases....sorry.... ^^;;;;

I like the Free Loader because it's simple and easy to use, and it's not too expensive. I haven't actually tried any of the PS2 ones though so I can't make any reccommendations there. ^^;

Rasengan's free loader disc cracked yesterday when he was taking it out of the Gamecube or something. No more Naruto games for us. ( )
