That is awful. As for being reduced to a child again, I agree - that doesn't sound pleasing. I'd rather be bedridden and still have my mind than have a strong, healthy body but not my mind. Then again, if I got to choose, I'd choose to go quickly - no lingering around. It's hard on the patient, it's hard on the family... overall a long, drawn out death is a lose-lose scenario.

Here's a fear I don't normally think about, but lingers there in the back of my mind: blacking out. I pray I never get so bad as to have that happen to me, but there's always the possibility that it will - which I don't like. Especially when it could happen while driving.

Yeah. My mom - who has the same thing I do, but worse - had her license medically suspended because there was such a high risk of it happening to her. I had to drive her everywhere, though sometimes she got her friends to give her a ride - or just went out and drove herself, which was always scary. >_>

Oddly enough, never really had a fear of black outs. Course...never had one, but still.
Other than snakes, though....I dunno. I suppose being forgotten? I guess everyone wants to leave an impact on someone's life. I guess I'd probably hate it if I died, disappeared, or whatever, and no one noticed....that'd suck lol

XD Well, most people don't have to worry about randomly fainting, so yeah.
And I agree.... that'd be awful to just die and have no one notice. o______o

Sometimes I'm afraid that something will happen to one of my online friends.. and I will never find out about it. They'll just disappear.

That's always a scary thought. >_<
Thankfully, if you know some of your online friends' "real life" friends, there's a way to know right there.

lol I remember one time I was grounded for a whole summer from the computer. I'd have to sneak on, and Kiri was like, "CHU!! I thought someone had thrown you into a lake!"

LOL did I say that!? I don't remember that at all.. but I remember a few times freshman year when I thought that you were dead 'cause you'd keep getting grounded and be gone for weeks at a time. XD

I think Kiri said it exactly straight-on for me, because honestly, that is a big fear for me. I have very few online friends, but those I do have are extremely dear to me. However, I don't know any of them in person. On of my very first, close online friends passed away so suddenly, and the way I learned about it was from his older sister who explained what happened on her farewell message to the guild we had all been in together.
It's really quite a frightening thing since I care for my friends fiercly. I didn't mean to turn it into such a morbid thing, just wanted to say that I agree whole-heartedly. Just the subject of death, I think is something I am very uncomfortable with.
