Okay, the latest filler arc with episode 142 brings us a new location in Konoha: A ninja prison! More specifically, Konoha's ninja prison!
And which incarcerated felon from way back when has a newly discovered tie to Orochimaru?
Now with a first name, Touji Mizuki!
He's back and he wants revenge! Hooray!
Episode 143 should be out very soon, so another post to this thread should be along shortly!
