Hey Hokage-sama,
I've always been very impressed with this forum site, so much in fact that I recently checked out proboards.com.
I was so interested and happy that they offered free message boards ^_^
However, there was one problem,
I tried to create my own, but a website URL was needed.
ACK! I don't have my own website!
Kaori, is there a place where you can get webspace for free? Is there anyway to get around this?
What did you do?
Any help you can give me would be greatly appriciated.

Try www.geocities.com. The account is free and, should you decide to actually do something with the site, it features a convenient drag-and-drop method, or you can use HTML coding....even if the pagebuilder does take awhile to load (at least on dialup connection). Have you ever actually clicked on my lil homepage icon? Guess what's on my so-called site? Absolutely NOTHING!!!! All that's required is the URL, and you can do stuff with it later if you want. (^_^) I hope that helped! PS- Lemme know the URL of your forum, and what it's gonna be about!

alright, thanks a bunch
one more question tho,
how do I upload a special logo, like your Konoha Village one?
I'm a little lost here
ALSO!
How do I change the ranking system for members?
like how the ranks here reflect the Naruto-ness of these boards.

Changing Member Ranking System
1) Click on Admin. 2) Look under Manage Members for Edit Member Groups. 3) Rename the groups and set the number of posts required to reach each rank if you don't like the defaults (the system here uses the default numbers because I think it works well)
Custom Logo
1) Create (or have someone else create) your logo. 2) Host it on a site like Photobucket that allows direct linking. 3) On the forums, click on Admin. 4) Look under Customize Your Board for Board Settings. 5) Look for Logo Image (optional): and insert the link (with no tags or anything, just the link) in the space provided.
Voila! ;D Lemme know if you have any other questions.
