UWAH!!!! I just love this anime!!! It makes me happy! Good music combined with shounen ai... how could it get any better?
Ryuuichi is my favorite. ;D

I'll be brutally honest.
At first, I hated Gravitation.
Its story was weak and the art was confusing and hard to follow.
After a while tho, I learned to appriciate its subtle charms...I also embraced the shounen ai with open arms...
...um, yeah.
It's a good series, definetely noteworthy.

Um...I can't...
maybe If I was gay and had pink hair....
but alas, my red headed, heterosexualism denies me the ability to become transparent for more than a second per 100 years.

But hey,
my new foray into meterosexualism has increaded my powers by a whopping 0.32%!
Meaning I can now do that weird little hand thingy where it looks like you can take off your thumb.
Oh, and I can sing bad kareoke even more profoundly.
and...um...now, more than ever, more gay guys tell me I'm cute...
...sheesh...why can I never attract the opposite sex?!

Odd, I.... can't comment... which is another odd thing, i can't tell you my first thought which was itself odd as I started to say....
I love Eiri Yuki, i want to be a hot cat writer like him, but uhmm I think i relate most to Shuuichi, I've been through a less fan-filled version of his life...
But yuki is sooo coool! and so masucline! =3 I  teh Eiri Yuki-ness of Gravi!~

I'll tell you all a secret...
...I've never actually watched the anime. (I've seen clips, but haven't actually seen a whole episode)
I couldn't stand the manga (the style bugged me...as does most shoujo styles being too reliant on tones for backgrounds and ultra thin character pen outlines), but I'd like to see the anime soon.

I'm honestly not sure. Truthfully, my favorite character, and maybe the only character I like in the whole series is Suguru, the pianist. I can't say I favor the series too much since the main cast sort of grinds on my nerves. But I do have to say I hold a special place for it since it was the first "BL" I'd ever seen, and not only that, I'm obsessed with anything "band"-related. The fact that Suichi is in band just absolutely kills me.
I don't really like the anime or the manga too much; it's the actual written novels that I love xD

I'm considering cosplaying Shuichi for Halloween. I didn't even know there were Gravi novels!

I cosplayed as Suguru once. ^_^ No one knew who I was...but Gravitation cosplayers are so nice!
Lol, me either! The second one was on the clearance table in my local anime shop. I thought it was like a little 'extra' for the manga series. I don't read the manga, but I thought it was the equivalant to an OVA in an anime. Nope! It ended up being an actual written out novel. I was pleasantly surprised. xD

Reviving this thread to say I really am cosplaying as Shuichi for Halloween. ^^ My friend Haiiro is cosplaying as Yuki and another friend of ours we met in Japanese class is going to go as Mr. K!!! It should be fun. ^__^
