This took my brain far too long to churn out, but at least now he'll be useable.
Fighting Style
Primary: Ninjutsu/Genjutsu, primarily those of his Clan.
Secondary: Polearm-intensive Taijutsu.
Note: I forgot to mention it in his Bio, I think, but his Chakra Affinity is Wind. And of course, being a Jounin, he's mastered all the little neccessary techniques for ninjahood, so I'm not gonna list them. Also not listed are the Jutsus already in the Clan Info thread. On with the show!
Fuuton: Katyuu Kyosyu no Jutsu:(Vortex Defense)Genin +- One of Ryuurei's first jutsus, a defensive measure against projectiles, creates a fast-moving current of wind around him, deflecting most thrown weapons and a few weak elemental attacks. Operating at higher chakra levels, the wind becomes even faster, deflecting stronger attacks. With enough concentration, he can manipulate the flow to actually capture the projectiles and then whip them back around at their hurler. The area of effect, of course, can be extended to protect more than himself, at the cost of more chakra.
Inku Bunshin no Jutsu:(Ink Clone)Chuunin- A rather multipurpose technique of Ryuurei's own design, creating a double made entirely of inks, paints, etc. Upon its destruction it explodes, splattering all over the assailant, potentially blinding them, but at the very least setting them up for another technique.
Still Life Style (can't find a translation for it ):Chuunin- A Genjutsu generally used in conjunction with Inku Bunshin, once the target has been covered in inks, paints, and the like. Similar to other 'binding' Genjutsu, the target becomes convinced that they have been 'painted' into a still life portrait, and are thus unable to move. It takes quite a bit of chakra and focus to maintain, as the illusion itself is fairly ridiculous.
Supattaringu no Jutsu:(Ink Splattering Technique) Genin- A 'cheap trick', especially from such a normally high-class fellow, this technique was developed out of childish anger and necessity. In situations where someone is too close for comfort, such as grappling, saliva is quickly replaced with ink mid-expulsion, usually aimed for the eyes as a method of distraction to allow for escape. This technique rarely sees use anymore, as Ryuurei has matured beyond such tricks, but there have been times on missions where it has proven useful, though he won't admit it.
Tatsumaki Ibuki no Jutsu:(Tornado Breath Technique) Jounin- One of the few purely offensive moves he knows, this technique is performed by inhaling a large quantity of air and then expelling it while infusing it with chakra to mold and build it up into a destructive whirlwind. A dangerous technique, as controlling a tornado takes a LOT of concentration.
Kaisei no Gadan(incomplete):(Resurrection of the Artist's World)Jounin+, possibly Sannin- A technique still on the drawing board, so to speak, and one which Ryuurei thinks will be his ultimate. He has in his possession a set of paints that has recieved a donation of chakra from every last member of the Hitsuatsu clan, which has granted them a replicating property, albeit a very slow one. Combined with the entirety of his chakra and all of his artistic skill, the intended effect of this technique is to create a temporary 'world' of his surroundings that he, as the artist, has complete control over.
Despite having recieved some (mostly) friendly mockery for them, Ryuurei has in his possession two odd items; An inkbrush as tall as he is, and a large (Gaara's gourd-sized) inkpot, both of which are kept in a scroll until needed for large-scale artworks. The inkbrush, however, hides a secret. Upon funneling chakra through a certain series of 'locks', a glaive blade emerges from amonst the bristles, which is then used for combat.
