(This is basically an edited repost from the bio boards, but the rule is just as valid on this side of things as it is on the bio boards.)
From now on, in order to keep things easier on the staff, I'm asking you to put the following in your character jutsu thread's subject line:
1) The character's name,
2) The word Jutsu, and
3) The phrase Pending Approval.
This can be done in pretty much any way you want, as long as the name comes first. Here are some examples:
Tensei Kaori's Jutsu - Pending Approval
Tensei Kaori's Jutsu (Pending Approval)
Tensei Kaori's Jutsu [Pending Approval]
Tensei Kaori's Jutsu ~Pending Approval~
You see what I mean? Come up with your own if you'd prefer, like the double asterisks Hatake Hiroshi used. If you don't do it, we'll do it ourselves - but that makes for irritated staff members, so I reccommend that you do it yourself. ^^; Once one staff member has approved the jutsu, we'll edit the subject line only to reflect how many approvals the jutsu has and/or needs. We will not edit the content of your jutsu while doing this. Here are some examples:
Tensei Kaori's Jutsu - Pending Admin Approval
This one states that two moderators have already approved the jutsu listed in the thread, and the only approval needed is that of the Hokage (I.E., mine)
Tensei Kaori's Jutsu (Pending 1 Staff Approval)
This means that the jutsu thread has two approvals: mine and that of one other staff member, meaning one more staff member must approve it.
Once it has all the approvals it needs, the jutsu thread's subject line will simply say, "APPROVED" at the end of it (in all caps or not doesn't really matter; it's just up to the preferences of the staff member who edits it last).
This is just to make it easier for the staff to keep track of which jutsu are approved and which still need to be checked. Thanks, all!
