No, I didn't suddenly open up every part of the forums to guests. However, I realized that it was stupid to have Guest Boards and not allow guests to post admin-related questions directly on that board. Also, if someone didn't get their password, they're not technically a guest - they're a member who can't sign in. So now guests can post topics and replies on two boards: the Guest Boards, and Hokage's Office. Thanks!
