Okay, here's the deal: I wanted to get some more stuff done first, but it's not fair to make you guys wait, so I split the launching of the boards into phases. I had hoped to have this huge to-do about the whole thing and launch them all at once.....but that just couldn't happen. </useless rambling>
Anyways, I've launched the new Category (right under Naruto stuff) and the two out-of-character boards: the planning board, where the mandatory reading material can be found, and the bio board, where, well, you post your character's bio. Now you can post that stuff and begin some possible story planning while you wait for the In-character boards to go up. Have fun! ;D
