Like DDR, but better. Song difficulties are up to 13 and generally about 0.5 to 1.5 "feet" harder than a DDR song of the same level... though with DDR's rating inconsistency this isn't always the case. The songs are longer (running from 2 to 2.5 minutes, usually), and the arrows are brighter (red for quarter notes, blue for eighth, yellowish green for sixteenth, and so on). There are ALOT more mods - especially speed mods, which are available in intervals of x0.5 up to.... I'm not sure what - and also fun things like "skippy", which turn the whole song into one huge gallop train. There are mines - red circle looking things - that explode when you step on them, breaking your combo and taking life off your meter - and hands - where, duh, you have to use your hands. This game is SO MUCH FUN and alot better than DDR. Oh, did I mention there's no annoying announcer dude?

If I remeber correctly, mine dont break your combo. But i dont really pay attention to it, and normally dont hit mines lol. I do have to agree with K-chan here. Its really cool. But its always fun to play DDR extreem every once in a while.

I dont know... cause sometimes its not really the persons fault, the sensors may stick for a split second and count it. Also i think taking a chunk of your life bar (equal to like 6 missed steps or somthing like that) is enough.

Yeah... when I should... I meant that it would make more sense.... stepping on the things you're supposed to gives you a combo, so you'd think stepping on something you're not supposed to would take it away. On the plus side, NOT hitting mines should give combos, which it doesn't.

I dont know about that. How would they add to your score, how can you perfectly miss a mine? lol Well i think if you hit a mine, the step under your foot should jolt you with 60 volts of electricity (non leathal, but painful like poop)
