Yeah...episode 182.
The episode which, according to season episode counts, should have brought an end to the fillers and brought us into Part Two.
...
...the current anime arc isn't quite over yet, apparently. It's got about an episode's worth of life left...
...
...d**n IT!
Why do they torture us so?!
<Spoilers>
The episode actually brought up some interesting points about ninja politics. Aparently disobeying the people who pay you on a mission is taboo...since you don't get paid and are labeled rogue.
Makes sense...
...too bad their employer, Akehoshi, is a tyrannical lord bent on showing up the five shinobi powers.
Either way...if this arc doesn't put an end to the filler...
...oh man =_=;;

Only a few are.
Some of the one shot episodes are very very funny...otherwise, just cliche and anti-climatic.
Check websites for summaries before downloading.
Believe it.

Argh. It makes me cry. Seriously.
They're up to episode 196 now, right? 196!!! And they're still on filler material! The anime paused the manga following at episode 135. You realise that at an episode a week that's over a YEAR worth of filler material? Has it REALLY been that long?
I give up. I just give up.

Hey, welcome to the world of all those poor Inuyasha fansub fans way back when.
That series is chalk full of filler episodes...many of which, like Naruto, are craptastic.
Filler represents both a need for new people to express their directorial gifts, appeal to what producers feel will have the greatest 'marketability, and so on.
