ummm, i just started a new thread and used an exclamation point
i wasnt sure if i had a restraint on it and it was meant to be only used by kaori-chan or by the admin...so im just asking ^_^'
i tried to change it, but obviously i couldnt...
anyway, sorry for such a stupid question....
