My motto for things like that is: "If you can make it, and make it well, without bursting an artery, don't waste your money buying it." Besides, most of the Akatsuki rings I've seen on eBay aren't even that accurate anyways. Go to the craft store. Buy a package of those fake wedding rings, some modeling clay, acrylic paint, and some kind of black sharpie/paint pen/whatever. Use the fake wedding rings as a base, build the ring out of clay with that. Air dry or bake it - depending on the clay you use - paint, finish ( Clearcote is best for that) and enjoy. If I had my commission business up and running yet, we might could work something out - but for 8 rings, handmade, I'd end up charging more than the person on eBay. ^^;

*shrug* You asked how to get them, and I told you. That's really your best bet to get your hands on a full set, but if you're set on buying them, your best bet is to look in the Dealer's Room at any con you happen to go to. They'll be pretty pricey, though, especially for the full set - if you can even find any other than the Itachi rings.

Well, that's just a rough estimate. If you use model magic, you can just get it wet and it can be reshaped. If you opt for the more stable sculpey, it won't dry until you oven-bake it. So.
