Well, unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble finding ANY good screencaps of Oro that include more than just his face. But I CAN try and help by giving you the run down, as I REMEMBER of some of his costumes. Alrighty, first off, we have the... [glow=black,2,300]Sound Jounin Oro:[/glow] actually found a good screen cap... i3.photobucket.com/albums/y94/UchihaJyounochi/38_16.jpgSo basically, it would seem to be a pretty straight forward. We have black pants with black longsleeve loose turtleneck. Bandaging on the right leg. He is wearing a typical vest. Padded around the bottom, with what looks to be a flap that possibly clips to the other side instead of a zipper. You have the shoulder pads, which are padded as well, with the metal clips in em. Then you have the neck padding. Pretty thick paddeing, wraps around the neck. Not posotive of the back of the vest, or the shoes. Then you have the basic black sound forehead protector, with the topknot ponytail. And I'm not sure whether the black part draping down around his face is his hair, or part of the forehead protector. (like neji's) I'll get more up hopefully later tonight... hope this is somewhat helpful.

Alrighty, update time! And holy eff... Jan-Chan, from Cosplay.com really came through with the Anime Book reference pics!! here we have... [glow=purple,2,300]Classic Obi Oro:[/glow] i3.photobucket.com/albums/y94/UchihaJyounochi/naruto_orochi0080.jpgi3.photobucket.com/albums/y94/UchihaJyounochi/pg9.jpgi3.photobucket.com/albums/y94/UchihaJyounochi/b217.jpgHere we have, most likely, the most popular costume of the Orochimaru line-up. For this costume, we have once again, a black long sleeve turtleneck. Black baggy pants, bandages around the ankle, and the black shinobi sandals. Over top, you have the tanish tunic, and by far the hardest part to this piece, the Obi. You also have the make-up job for this one, along with the earrings. You can also do the variation where his arms are sealed... a.k.a. - bandaged/purple. We can also see now, that the part dangling in front of his face in the Sound Jounin outfit IS INDEED part of the ofrehead protector. We can also see that he has the ankle bandages, along with the black shinobi sandals. We can ALSO see that the vest is some sort of clip thing, along with the fact that it has a pouch on the front. i3.photobucket.com/albums/y94/UchihaJyounochi/13.jpgUnfortunately, this pic is kinda small, but it gives a view of some smaller oro details. Hope this helps a bit. Lemme know when you decide on what costume to do, or if you have any questions. I worked extensively with the obi-oro, and having worked on the Jounin vest, I might be able to help there too. Good luck, hope to hear soon.

Oooooooh... depending on if you wanna make it yourself, I can help yah there.
I think I may have posted a small tutorial for the Leaf Chuunin vest a while back, and this would be pretty similar to that. If you plan on making it yourself, let me know.

Of course, let it be known if you decide to do the dead-arm battle Orochimaru, like Tranquility did: images.cosplay.com/showphoto.php?photo=286728That the purple on her arm was a PAAAAAAIN. It refused to dry and stuck to stuff and kept peeling off. Eeeep.

Why not use dark long gloves?
Paint or makeup seems messy and uncomfortable.

The gloves ended up not looking natural. She did use a glove as a base for the bandaged hand, though, which worked great. But the sewing machine ate the other glove so even if it had looked better, that wasn't really an option.
