Okay.
I've been a fan of Yoshitoshi ABe's work since his origins, so naturally I'm a pretty big Lain fanboy. I picked up the first DVD at the con where I got to meet him.
It's trippy, freaky, and really confusing...but still awesome in its own right. Personnaly, I still think Haibane Renmei is loads better...but hey!
Now...on to the title.
Last night I went to Walmart in Brampton...this location has been known to sometimes have anime DVDs in their bargain bin. (It's where I found all of Boogiepop Phantom)
I found Lain DVDs.
Not just one...but all of them!
for $8.66 each! (about 5-6 bucks American)
...
FRICKIN A!!!!!!!!
I watched the entire series last nite...all thirteen episodes...
awesome...creepy...but awesome!

As do I.
What is it with ABe-san and crow imagery?
He really likes it, I suppose
