"..r..really?...that is...quite interesting.....do...you like teaching?" Probably an obvious question, but really, it was all the poor boy could think to say in response. She certainly appeared to enjoy it.

"Like?!?" Akane exclaimed, obviously shocked. "Oh, I'll have the beef ramen, please," she told the clerk politely with a perfectly calm expression before returning her attention to the new kid with her usual exuberant mannerisms. "I love teaching!" she said with a huge grin. "I do need to get away sometimes, though, so here I am." "Taka-kun!" Akihiko exclaimed as he took a seat next to his cousin, laughing softly as Yoshito and Isamu clattered onto seats of their own, exchanging rather loud high-fives with everyone in arm's reach. "It's been awhile. How've you been?"

"...w..w-well...That is...good to hear...It is..very important, I would assume...to enjoy one's profession...." The odd young man fidgeted in his seat, grasping for words while it seemed she was still willing to speak with him. It was always easy to tell when his presence was no longer desired. "..um....do you..teach a lot of students? ..what...subject do you teach? If a specific one at all, that is..."

"A lot?" Akane asked, twirling a packet of chopsticks in her fingers as she thought. "Well, yeah," she answered at last. "I teach a good amount. Enrollment's really picked up now that the war's over. A lot of parents got scared, y'know? Even though anyone would know not to send Academy Students into battle, if it were my kid - if I had any - I'd probably be scared to let them enroll during wartime too. So I can understand that. I'm just glad the war's over, and that we have more students now. "Anyways," she continued, "in answer to your other question, I teach Chakra Control and Ninjutsu, though I sometimes cover other classes if I'm needed."
