...to help the Hokage with running the fanfiction. Duties include:
~Checking and approving character biographies
~Moderating the forums to see that everyone stays on topic and doesn't argue (though we haven't had this problem before really... you guys ROCK)
~Enforcing the roleplay guidelines
~Setting a good example for other participants (and those members who might be considering participating in the fic in the future)
~Increased help in planning for future events!
Abilities and Perks:
~Moderator abilities on all IF boards
~Access to the Konoha Village Staff Boards
~Congrats, you're a moderator!
~POSSIBLE BONUS: I'm thinking of putting fic moderators in charge of their own village: whether one in the fic or an original village. Don't get too set on it though cause I haven't decided yet.
Applicants must:
~Show respect for other members, and for the other staff
~Work under NNG and I and follow what we say
~Be familiar with the guidelines for the fic
~Be active in the fanfiction - both ICly and OoCly
If you're interested, post here or PM/e-mail/AIM me and say why you think you'd like to be a moderator. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, even "I want to help out" is fine. Just don't say "I want my own village!" as your only reason, or I can guarantee you won't get the job.
Please keep in mind that those chosen will be moderators for the Fiction, and will have the authority that comes with it only on the fic boards - if you do well enough though, your authority and responsibility may expand.
Only a couple will be chosen at first. As the need arises, I'll remember those who applied before and didn't get it, if that's the case. If not I'll post another request for applicants.
About the rank rule for those chosen: It's up to you if you wish for your character to become an ANBU upon becoming a moderator.
