Name: Tensei Eiji
Village: Leaf
Age: 20
Birthday: April 29
Gender: Male
Rank: Jounin
Blood Type: O+
Chakra Affinity: Wind
Musical Specialization (Primary): Vocal Performance
Musical Specialization (Secondary): Composition
Other Info of Note: Eiji is a member of the only group of triplets born to the Tensei clan other than the legendary trio of Tensei Shirayuki, Kurogashi, and Akamatsu. As triplets are considered very lucky by the their clan he and his siblings were very-well received even for Tensei.
Family:
-Father: Tensei Hirotaka (43)
-Mother: Tensei Izanami (41)
-Siblings: Tensei Daichi (Brother, 20) – Jounin (2.5 hours older)
Tensei Hideko (Sister, 20) – Jounin (2.0 hours older)
-Other: The Tensei Clan
Appearance: Falling just below his jawline, Eiji's brown hair – just as thick, silky, and likely to darn well do as it pleases as the rest of his family's – is the shortest of the three, and is sometimes kept streaked with henna red coloring on the tips (to Hideko's great irritation). His brown eyes reflect a fiery spark of mischief and excitement, when you can see them through his hair. For clothing he wears the baggy khaki cargo pants and black, studded belt that match his siblings', black ninja sandals, and an open flak jacket – no shirt. Like his siblings, he wears his forehead protector around his neck. He is of a height with Daichi – 6'1” – with a similar graceful-yet-muscular build and the same slightly tanned skin tone as his siblings.
Personality: Eiji is the mediating force between Daichi's carefree, laid-back nature and Hideko's calm, practical outlook. He likes getting into mischief as much as his siblings (though admittedly quite a bit more than Daichi), but like Hideko he knows when enough is enough. While Daichi tends to be more laid back, Eiji's (rather contagious) energetic, outgoing manner makes him a natural people person – and a natrual leader. He does tend to be lazy, though, though not to the point where it interferes with missions. If you mess with either of his siblings, though, watch out.
Likes: Writing music, bugging his siblings, having fun, making noise, sweets, sleeping
Dislikes: Anyone who bugs his siblings and isn't named Tensei Eiji, any other kind of bully, boring people, being bored, not having enough food
History: Eiji has always been the most outgoing of the group. When they were children he'd be the first to chase off bullies, the first to throw a paper airplane in class, and the last to quit talking in the middle of Sensei's lecture. While his grades were good, his laziness truly manifested itself in the Academy and he always scored lower than his siblings, often because of simple laziness (he would also bug Daichi to do his homework for him). Still, he would apply himself when it counted and he graduated close behind the other two. Musically, Eiji was trained as a vocalist but he soon began to show talent at writing his own music, so he was also taught music composition and had more intense music theory lessons than his siblings. He would often write simple songs with which the three would practice their individual skills, and his siblings would in turn offer critique and comments about the song itself.
Upon graduation, the Triplets were – to their delight – assigned to the same team, under the leadership of Jounin Homura Taro. The three took to Taro-sensei immediately, and it wasn't long before he became both a favorite uncle and an absolute idol to the three. They flourished his under his leadership and were promoted to Chuunin together at 14. As the three began to take on more and more advanced missions they became candidates for promotion to Jounin, but were reluctant to accept, afraid that doing so would split up their close-knit team. Eventually a particularly stressful mission proved their fears unfounded, and shortly afterwards the Triplets were promoted together to Jounin rank at age 17. The three are now comfortable taking missions on their own, but almost always function as a unit as this is when they are at their most effective.
Presently Eiji is the leader of the group, and writes most of the music they perform.
