Affiliation with Konoha Village
So, you want to affiliate with us? Great! Please start a thread with the name of your forum as the subject, and include the following information:
Forum Name: This one's pretty self-explanatory. The name of your forum.
Forum Link: Include a link to your forum in URL tags.
Affiliate Code: Copy/paste the code below and insert all the appropriate information. Your mini-banner MUST be 88 pixels wide by 31 pixels tall, and it must be hosted on your own webspace. We don't expect you to host our banner, so please don't expect us to do so for you.
The only parts of the code you should edit are those in all caps - please don't edit anything else; otherwise there'd be no point to copy/pasting it.
Forum Description: This is another self-explanatory one. Your forum description should stay between one and two decently-sized paragraphs - one sentence does not count as a paragraph, nor does eliminating the blank returns in a one-page document. Be descriptive, but don't write us a novel.
Reason for Affiliation: Why do you want to affiliate with us? "Because I want to" is not a valid answer.
Other Requirements: You must have Konoha Village listed as an affiliate on your own site before we will accept your request.
