Ok, so if you've seen episode 101, you've seen the weird ninja guys who appear and try to take revenge on Kakashi. But look at their forehead protectors. What village are they from? Either it's a tiny one no one's ever heard of, or they're just a bunch of strange guys who decided to pretend to be ninja, which, for them, is entirely possible.

Hidden grass is from Lightning Country, and I don't know where Hidden Rain is from but they're not from Fire country.

they all huddled together and deicided that they were going to be independent ninja mercs,so they got blank headbands and took 4 days and 4 nights to figure out what the symbol was.....and i think it shows how smart they are too.

I remember we saw that guy when we were watching the show at your house, K-chan. Poor guy, spending most of his life training and not able to advance any higher than that. He looks like my old teacher Mr. Navage. (0.o)
