"I'm not stupid Sorien." He heard. Sorien knew he'd ruffled Yakus feathers, when all he wanted was to have a co-operation from his new team-mates. For all they knew, this could be very serious, whether it was a test from a sensei, a trap from the enemy, anything.
And as far as Sorien heard, Yaku was being far to relaxed, relying only on his natural talents. After saying one more thing, Yaku turned around and plonked himself on the ground. "Well...at least I got some co-operation" Sorien sarcastically thought to himself. He felt eyes upon him. He turned to see Yakus little dog, Hiromi giving him big wet puppie-dog eyes. "Sorry" He mouthed to her. Sorien wanted to reach out and pat her. He'd always loved dogs, but this one was Yakus and his alone, and until he got to know Sorien better, he thought the better of it. Sorien sighed and waited. For something he knew not of.

He saw the three of them talk amongst themselves as the stood by the memorial statue. He figured that too much time had passed. He'd better introduce himself and get everything rolling. Kaori-sama's orders weren't ones to be left idle.
He called out to them:
"Oi. How're you all doing?" he said, still hidden from sight.
The top of his head slowly rose from behind the memorial, which he had been hidden behind. He stood up from behind it, revealing himself to them.
"Jan." he said, his voice not giving the surprising word much intensity, he spoke in a near monotone.
The man had stright, shoulder length red hair, which was held back slightly by the forehead protector worn on his forehead. He wore a green Konoha Jounin flak jacket vest with the mathing blue shirt and pants. He looked like a run of the mill Konoha shinobi, with only three differences:
A golden ring on his finger, a delicate paper sash around him, looking like the paper wands used in temple ceremonies by miku, and his eyes.
His eyes were lined with age, but sparkled with enthousiasm. His eyes were confusing, looking both very old and very energetic.
He finally smiled to his new genin team.
"My name is Buyo Keitaro...and I imagine we have much to talk about."

Yaku had instantly straightened as the strong sent of Keitaro hit him, and his head snapped up from where he had been *slightly* pouting earlier. He was immedietly tense, although he tried not to let it show, but as Keitaro came into view, and his calm position before them, Yaku's dark eyes immedietly snapped open.
"You bet we do!" He said, immedietly jumping to his feet. "What's the big idea sending us these things," he asked as he held out the message origame. However, Hiromi took a small step back, for even she knew what her master was doing was probably not the best idea in the world, "...and completely having us on gaurd. If we DO need to be on gaurd, and you have a reason for it, it we could be much more prepared if you told us straight out what was wrong instead of sneaking up on us. And how in the HECK did manage to hide your scent before this time, because really, that's quite insulting considering your the sensei of the group."
Once finished with his long rant, he let out a big sigh, looking away. Finally though, he blinked, and what he had just finished doing seemed to dawn on him. He looked up at Keitaro, smiling very slightly, "Are you going to kill me?" he asked, though it was difficult to tell if he was joking or not anymore.

"Oi. How're you all doing?" . Sorien tensed up instantly. His kunai in hand, he begun to glow instantly, not a vibrant glow...but a small amount of light was emitted. His new sensei slowly raised his head from above the monument. "My name is Buyo Keitaro...and I imagine we have much to talk about.". Sorien was about to enquire as to whether he was responsable for the notes, he open his mouth. He quickly shut it again. Yaku shot open his mouth and fired out very quickly what Sorien was going to say. However he did not use the tone Sorien would have used. "And how in the HECK did manage to hide your scent before this time, because really, that's quite insulting considering your the sensei of the group.". Sorien smiled on the inside upon hearing this
After his ramble Sorien put his hand on Yakus shoulder. He looked away and then returned his gaze to his new sensei. "Are you going to kill me?" He asked. Sorien couldn't tell the tone he was using.
Having a moments silence he reflected on the past moments occurences. "Hmm...he may be our sensei...but remain on guard Sorien" he told himself. "So this is our sensei...Those eyes...they're captivating" He continued on. "Hmm...enough thinking". "So you are our new Sensei, am I correct? Are you here to test us?" He got right to the point, hoping that he didn't ask too many questions on top of Yakus.

Keitaro allowed himself a bit of a smile.
"Are you going to kill me?" he said calmly. Inuzuka Yaku's accusations and questioning were certainly direct and to the point. He heard Sorien ask him if he was testing them as well.
"Was I testing you?" he answered calmly. "Probably...it's quite evident that you're all very skilled. Probably above the normal genin level..." he brought his calm gaze to Yaku's.
"Scent receptors are amazing things, aren't they? Able to differenciate billions upon billions of individual scent molecules in an instant. Not an easy thing to fool..." he said.
"I hid my presenece from you to guage your ability, find out how you guys work and interact, what makes you tick." he continued. "The original message you recived was issued by Akina, the Hokage's assistant. Originally, you were to be an unsupervised three-man cell. However, I volunteered my services to Kaori-sama to be your jounin sensei...it was a special request..."

Sorien listened with all ears open to this last bit. "So...what did you think of our teamwork then...what was your conclusion?" He asked. Thinking further questions, he quickly added, before anyone else could interject. "Yaku...at least...you know my comments were justified...no hard feelings eh? And...I know this is Masatos question...but you hid from Byakugen as well...thats quite the feat..." He finished. He then sat back, awaiting more comments and cross-talk.

He noted what the boy in front of him had said about the Byakugan.
"Ahh, The Hyuuga's Evil Eye. Yes, a very hard thing to hide from...virtually impossible in most cases..."
He trailed off, looking to all three of his new students fondly. He began to chuckle and smile.
"Yet, you three aren't most cases...so I came prepared." he said to them. He pulled a scroll out from his jounin vest, opened it and looked it over. "Sorien, Yaku, Masato. You three are marked as outstanding genins within the ranks of Konoha. As such, it was my decision that you be treated as outstanding genins. I'm making sure that Konoha's respected Hyuuga, Inuzuka, and Sorien clans progeny are being taught by someone outstanding." He grinned further. He knew he must sound quite pompous, he didn't mean to be, but he so very rarely got a chance to brag about himself anymore.
"Your teamwork is as expected from you three," he smiled, "great, but still lacking. It's my hope that it will flourish and grow to its full potential. I expect much from you three..."
He finally eased up a bit, sighing in relief.
"...so, like, no pressure, okay?" he grinned, gauging their reactions.
"Now, let's start by getting to know each other a bit. Sure, I know your names and your clans, but that doesn't mean I know the true you," he gave Masato a knowing smile, "Why don't you each tell me some of your likes and dislikes, your goals and aspirations, stuff like that."

Sorien looked around. Eager to get in first he spoke up. "Well to those who don't know...I'm Sorien. I know not of my clan...or even of my origin. However, I am in Konoha now, and this is my home, and I train to be one of the best...even if its not Hokage...I train so that I can protect what is close to me...my friends. As for likes and dislikes...I like the forest...I like sleep...I don't really dislike too much really...I'm rather laid back when it comes to this sort of thing. As you all probably know by now...I am a user of fire jutsu...and let it be known. My jutsu are unique to me...I copy no-one" He firmly added. "Right I think I'm done...whose up next?" He gave a curious look to his other team-mates

He scowled at Keitaro's answer, "Yeah well, you should've probably kept your scent hidden," he muttered quietly, under his breathe, "I don't much take to the smell of fish." However as Sorien spoke to him, he only crossed his arms over his chest, though his face did not show what he was really thinking.
However. as Keitaro went on to tell them to explain a bit about themselves, he couldn't help but grin as Sorien finished off first. "Hey," he said good-naturedly, though he looked almost offended, "You implying that we copy others? Uh-uh, no way buddy." He said with a shake of his head as Hiromi barked at him. “We Inuzuka’s got our own style.”
Seeing as he had simply wanted to turn the attention on himself, he simply continued on with his own explanation of himself, "Yaku Inuzuka as ya'll know," he bent down to pick up Hiromi, "And this here's Hiromi Inuzuka, and she's just as much a part of this team as me." he seemed to say this in a way that meant he surely wanted everyone else to realize this, for if they didn't, there would certainly be hell to pay. Continuing, he went on," and as for the other stuff, uh...well, what's to say." he asked with a shrug, "I train, I run...I’m just like anybody else.” he simply grinned and stuck his hands in his pockets, though there seemed to be something a bit odd about the way, Yaku, the one who loved to be the center of attention and the leader, finished off his explanation.
Hiromi went and sat by Yaku’s feet, and as she did so, she glanced up and looked into his face. His gaze flitted down to her for a moment, and for a second, his eyes spoke to only her. ‘We’re ok, we’ll just leave it alone at that and they won’t ask anything further,’ he glanced up to quickly study those around him, ‘These ones won’t ask questions…’

"You implying that we copy others? Uh-uh, no way buddy." . Sorien poked his tongue out. "Yeah yeah" He said, in the same tone of Yakus. He quietened when Yaku gave a quick explanation of himself. "What about your aspirations or goals?" Sorien quieried, he geninuinly wanted to know what Yaku wanted to do with his life.

He raised an eyebrow at Sorien's reponse to his own coment, but when the other boy continued for him to add on about his own goals and things like that, the Inuzuka paused, looking almost a bit nervous for a small moment. But it was only a small glimmer in his sharp, catlike eyes, before it quickly disappeared. He was fast to bring up his same old front, calm and casual as ever, but even he didn't have control over the small whine Hiromi let out her black eyes flickering around the group as she settled down by her best friend's feet.
"Hey,it doesn't matter," Yaku said with a nonchalant srug, "No no one wants to hear about that." he said, his eyes skirting to the ide for just a moment, "Besides, it's Masato's turn anyhow." he finished off.

"Hey, it doesn't matter" Yaku said, "No no one wants to hear about that. Besides, it's Masato's turn anyhow." Sorien frowned and screwed up at his dodging of the question, but made sure Yaku didn't notice this face, as he was already not on the best of terms and didn't want to spoil it further. "I guess everyone has their own past, and its up to them whether they want to talk to people about it...like Maz..." Soriens thoughts trailed off.
He turned to Masato. "Yeah man. You're turn" He added to Yakus comment.

He didn't say anything further about it, and was inwardly relieved that Sorien had decided to leave him alone about. Though, with someone like Yaku, things usually couldn't be bottled up for TOO long, though with such a subject as this, he was easily restrained.
He had not noticed the face Sorien had cast him, his attention already preoccupies with the Hyuuga, though his second pair of eyes, Hiromi, was right on it. Her dark ears flicked forward curiously as she watched the fire ninja, though surprisingly this time she did not make a noise to her master. Hmm...better gaurd her best friend from this one.
